Topics include:

1) What officer wellness/fitness programs should focus on.
2) How to gauge success in wellness/fitness programs to include pre- and post-testing
    options.
3) Knowledge and awareness of common untruths in wellness/fitness.
4) Proper nutrition, disease prevention, sleep, hydration, inflammation, insulin
    response, supplementation and strength training.

The fitness and nutrition portion of the class is appropriate for beginners as well as experienced fitness practitioners.  Attendees who are looking to make positive healthy changes to their training and nutrition are highly encouraged to attend, as these topics will be covered in detail including workout programming plans and personalized macro nutrient based nutritional protocols developed for each individual attending the session.  The nutrition protocol will also discuss supplements and other additional resources that will benefit each attendee.

The officers attending class will be getting detailed info on how to start a successful wellness program for their respective PD’s while also receiving individualized actionable information for them as individuals to include nutrition plans, fitness programming specific to LEO’s, disease prevention strategies, mental health  and financial planning.
